At the Center for Hearing Loss Help, our return policy is simple. We know that everyone’s ears are different. As a result, some products won’t work as well for one person as they do for another. Also, certain products may not work with various devices you might have. The only way you’ll know for sure if a product is right for you is to try it out.
Therefore, you have up to two weeks to try out any of our products. If within that time, you decide it is not right for you for any reason, contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com) or phone (1-717-993-8555) and ask for instructions on returning the product . We will tell you where to send it.
Upon receipt of returned products in undamaged, resalable condition (including any instructions/manuals) and in their original packaging (this is important), your money will be immediately refunded in full. (All you are responsible for is the return postage.)
