I have a Rumor2 LG cellphone with T2 function, but it has stopped working after less than a month. Is there some on-phone setting I can use to restore it?

Hey Giften,
I'm a hearing aid dispenser from the beautiful Peach State of Georgia. To let you know, I have also been highly impressed with HearSource. Everyone knows there is more to a company than their technology. Although the HearSource T2 technology is important, what I find equally important is their people, their support and their customer service. I had one of their clients bring their hearing aid in to my office for an issue. I called HearSource and their tech support freely and willingly walked me thru taking care of the hearing aid. I did charge the client for an office call, so I didn't mind taking care of him, but again, what impressed me the most about HearSource was their friendly customer service. Kudos to them.

Hi Giften:

Interesting about HearSource.com. They make it sound like they are unique in allowing you to program your own hearing aids, but this is not true. AmericaHears.com has been doing this for a good number of years. It looks like HearSource is just copying what America Hears has used successfully.

Controlling your hearing aids with your cell phone is awesome. I wonder If they will come up with a iphone app for that! I sure hope so...However I bought hearing aids from www.hearsource.com They don't have the cell phone app yet, but they have developed proprietary technology that allows you to program your hearing aids with your own PC. I have been programming my hearing aids for a few months now and I have am loving it!! The T2 technology is a awesome as well this probably will alleviate a lot of trips to the specialist. This is one of the reasons why I went with the personal programmable route.
