PockeTalker Personal Listening System

PockeTalker™ The personal Assistive Listening Device that lets hard of hearing people communicate effectively one-to-one—even in noisy places!

Your PockeTalker™ will help you communicate again!

Features:

  • Easy to use indoors or outdoors
  • Use the PockeTalker™ to listen to the radio, TV or stereo
  • Helps you hear in noisy situations such as while riding in your car, in restaurants and in small groups
  • Ideal for one-to-one conversations
  • Adjustable volume and tone controls
  • Lightweight—only 3.8 oz with batteries installed
  • Uses two AAA batteries (give about 100 hours of use)
  • Low battery indicator
  • Conveniently clips to belt for ease in carrying and hands-free operation or wear around your neck on lanyard provided

Flexible:

  • Adapt it to your specific needs
  • Use with hearing aids and neckloop, Music-Links, silhouettes or DAI (direct audio input) patch cord
  • Use without hearing aids with earbuds, earphones or headphones. If you use earphones with a stereo plug, use a stereo to mono adapter (Radio Shack part no. 274-882/$3.99).
  • Choose the specific microphone to fit your specific listening situations, either plug-mounted mic (included), lapel mic (which I use and recommend), a hand-held mic or a directional mic.

"I finally got to use my new directional microphone at a chapter meeting I normally attend. I'm pleased to report that it functioned well enabling me to hear about 90% of what the speakers said at our meeting as opposed to about 40% that I was picking up with the regular microphone on my PockeTalker. Many thanks for your help in resolving my meeting problem"—D. S.

"At the recent HLAA conference in Harrisburg, I couldn't understand the exhibitors in the noisy exhibit hall with my hearing aids because of all the racket. However, when I used the directional mic with my PockeTalker, the noise-level dropped dramatically and each exhibitor sounded like they were talking directly into my ears. It was wonderful!"—N. B.
